2. Service Description

Hold'em Vowels is a multiplayer word-and-poker style game provided for entertainment. Features may change, pause, or be removed at any time.

3. Eligibility

You may use the app only if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. The service is not directed to children under 13.

4. No Real-Money Play

The app does not offer real-money wagering, cash-out, or gambling services. Chips, points, stacks, rankings, and table results are gameplay values only and have no cash value.

5. Guest Access And Usernames

You may be allowed to join as a guest without creating an account. You are responsible for the username you choose and for activity carried out from your session or invite link.

• Do not impersonate another person or brand.
• Do not use offensive, unlawful, or deceptive usernames.
• Do not share invite links beyond the audience you intend to invite.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to interfere with normal gameplay, the realtime service, or other players' experience.

• No cheating, automation, exploit abuse, or attempt to bypass table rules.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• No attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.

7. User Content

Usernames, submitted words, chatless gameplay actions, and similar in-game inputs remain yours, but you give the operator permission to use them as needed to operate, secure, test, and improve the service.

The app may be unavailable, interrupted, reset, or changed without notice. Tables may close, sessions may expire, and game data may be lost during updates, errors, or maintenance.
